This presentation delves into the core principles of Career Ready Aggies, a program at Utah State University that emphasizes the cultivation of critical and transferrable skills that employers actively seek. Drawing inspiration from the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), renowned for its leadership in career education, we will explore how Utah State University has aligned its approach with NACE's eight competencies framework.
