She is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Cabrillo College. Samantha Folb - is a Human Resource professional, consultant, and trainer currently serving as the Director of Training, Compliance, and Employee Relations at the West Valley-Mission Community College District
Taking the Student Employee to the Next Level This training will be designed to be both very informative and interactive, with the tools being provided to help you develop the student employee and the experience that they receive as a student worker. You will receive the base knowledge and skills portion from two top-notch Human Resource professionals to help you build or enhance the student-employee evaluation process and/or model you currently have or that you can create. This will be incorporated with a hands-on case study to allow you to put into practice what you are learning.
