Kelly Wentz is an Assistant Director of Financial Aid at Gonzaga University, assisting students in achieving their educational goals. As part of her program responsibilities, Kelly manages on-campus student employment, managing over 225 supervisors and hiring over 1500 students each academic year. She enjoys communicating with students the benefits of working while in school and assisting them in being work-force ready after their time in college. Kelly currently serves on the board for the National Student Employment Association (NSEA) as VP of Administrative Services and is a certified SEE Trainer for NSEA. She holds membership with NSEA, WASEA, WASFAA, NACE, and NASFAA. She earned her Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University in 2016 and her Bachelor of Arts in English from Northwest Nazarene University in 2001. Kelly is grateful to be a member of WASEA, as it was through WASEA that she was able to learn and collaborate with many fellow student employment professionals and gather the knowledge-base that she applies to her on campus student employment!
