However, our association is only as strong as our members and the services we provide. We can benefit from your participation; your unique skills and expertise are a valued resource. 3. Conference Planning Committee Coordinates all conference activities and logistical arrangements including site location registration, programming, entertainment and publicity

6. Corporate Relations Committee: Explores ways to increase corporate involvement with SASEA. Builds solid relationship with corporate members to develop long-lasting and mutually beneficial initiatives.
7. Diversity Initiatives Committee: Works to increase minority membership, enhances programs by addressing multicultural issues and includes minority keynotes and presenters at regional meetings and conferences.
8. Finance Committee: Effectively manages SASEA's operations to ensure fiscal solvency. Provides recommendations and develops strategies for both long- and short-term investments.
9. Nominating Committee: Encourages active participation in the leadership of the organization and the nomination process of future board members. Prepares a slate of candidates for vacancies between the annual elections.
10. Professional Recognition Committee : Oversees the nomination process for the annual awards presented by SASEA. Administers the SASEA Scholarship program that assists members in attending the conference with the objective of identifying and developing future leaders. Explores new ways to increase awareness and recognize the efforts of members.
11. Publications Committee : Assists in publishing quarterly newsletters and explores new methods of communication with our membership and beyond. Assists in the development of special reports, public relations releases, regional reports and articles for our newsletter and outside publications.
